Today marks the 10th annual celebration of International Right to Know Day! To celebrate, FOIAnet asked people from around the globe to submit pictures depicting transparency victories and challenges. This year’s winning photograph, ‘The other access’ by Madagascar’s Ranaivosoa Tolojanahary, illustrates the difficulties in, and perseverance necessary for, obtaining governmental information.
